Prices are picked up, but we ship anywhere! Call us at 815-936-0406 if a specific shipping method is desired.
Shipping is calculated individually for each order, based on item size, weight, and destination. We will work to get the best price for your order and get your approval before finalizing the order.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to trace your order and get the estimated delivery date.
Large items (such as hoods, engines, cabs, etc…) must be shipped to a business/commercial address.
The following issues may result in delayed shipping:
Incorrect shipping address
Shipping address does not match billing address
Payment delay or issue
Shipping company failure to pickup or deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
Excluding any holidays, orders will usually be processed on the same day or next business day after you place your order. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order may not be processed until Monday. Some products have longer processing times, which we would notify you about.
Order Cancellations, Refusals, and Address Changes
Requests must be made by phone or email. If the item has not been shipped the order will be canceled and the customer refunded. If River Valley Truck Parts has shipped the correct items to the address on order and the order is then canceled, or the item is refused by the customer, all shipping charges to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund.
Unfortunately, every carrier charges additional amounts to either redirect or reship packages due to incorrect addresses. If you omit the correct street address or zip code, etc. we will pass on the additional charges to you for the additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have provided the wrong address on the order.
