For damaged or defective deliveries, please contact us right away so we can address the problem with the freight carrier. Do NOT sign paperwork if there is damage.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
All return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Your Return
When returning a package please include your name, original shipping address, phone number and your order number. Please also include the reason for the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Ship your package using a traceable shipping service.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus original shipping charge, if any.

If you would like to exchange an item, you may return your original item(s), and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a credit, less the original cost of shipping, if any.
