Good, used steel Harmonic balancer off an International Maxxforce 7 Twin Turbo engine. The steel harmonic balancer has been inspected and is in good condition. The bolt holes on the harmonic balancer are in good shape with no damage. The harmonic balancer does have rust on it. I don't see any corrosion on the harmonic balancer. The casting number is 70032369017B, the casting number is visible on the rubber seal. The engine serial number is N/A. The harmonic balancer has two rubber seals on both sides of the balancer. The pully threads are in good shape with no damage. The harmonic balancer has minor scuff marks on it. The steel harmonic balancer has been cleaned. There is no cracks to the steel harmonic balancer.
