Good, used cylinder Head with cam from a Isuzu 4HK1-TC engine. The cylinder head from a 1999 Isuzu NPR-HD truck. The cylinder head has been visually inspected and is in good working condition. The Cam is attached to the head. All bolt holes are clean and clear from obstruction. The casting number is not visible. There is no evidence of cracks near the valves.
