Good, used 10 speed shift lever off a 2012 Peterbilt 386 truck, the casting number is 220020-46, the part number is not visible. At the bottom of the shift lever it does have some rust, the rubber housing that covers the shifter lever is in good shape also the protector plate is in good condition.
